You know that deep-down feeling that love is meant for you? That it’s supposed to be easier than this? You’re right.
Love isn’t something you chase. It’s something you attract when you shift into the energy that calls it in.
The problem isn’t you—it’s the way you’ve been taught to approach love. I help women break the cycle of overthinking and searching so they can finally start receiving the relationship they know is out there.
That’s exactly what we do in 1:1 coaching. We clear the hidden blocks keeping love just out of reach, so it stops feeling like a struggle—and starts feeling inevitable.
If that hit home, let’s talk. Book a free discovery call at https://calendly.com/kayvandunk/30min, and let’s get started on the path to the love you deserve.
Welcome to the Love on the Brain podcast. I'm your host, Kay van Dunk, I'm a certified love attraction coach and I help independent women who are to for single widowed find their soulmates while staying true to their high standards. Now, if you've ever been told that you're being unrealistic or mouthy or too reserved to opinionated--too to--come sit by me. I was all those things and found my soulmate, my husband of 12 years through this work. But the road there required a mindset shift. You know, I used to ask myself so many negative questions that led to a spiral of sadness and frustration. Eventually I got past that and I will help you to do that, too. Now, you've probably heard of affirmations, and I used those in my journey as well. But if you're like me, sometimes the affirmations can feel a little too aspirational or sometimes even false, as you're saying them. So I didn't always stick with. So join me as I explore with you how to redo those questions and stop that cycle of hopelessness. We'll work on reframing your questions with *afformations*. Yes, that's afformations, not affirmations. They're also called by some people askformations. Now, what is that? Askformations are a way of asking yourself a question that triggers your brain to seek out a solution instead of spiraling out. It acts as a pattern interrupter and it stops your brain's intrusive thoughts in their tracks and replaces them with more helpful questions. Each episode is packed with practical tips and heartfelt stories that'll guide you towards attracting the soulmate you deserve. I get it. You're super busy. So unless it's a special episode, I want to keep these weekly episodes to a few minutes so they're really digestible. That way you can listen and then immediately apply whatever resonates with you. And hey, if one episode doesn't reflect your struggle. Feel free to send it to someone you know. Before I go, can you think of one thing you're grateful for right now? Anything come to mind? Hey, I'm grateful that you listened to my trailer. I hope you love the show. And feel free to leave me any feedback. That's it for me on this episode. Remember when love is on the brain, asking better questions can lead to better results.
